Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 


FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Northern Ireland only

Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days using Royal Mail / Parcel Force depending on the shipment selected at checkout. Flat rate shipping fees applies to orders shipping to Northern Ireland. 


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time. We do not ship certain items to offshore islands.


SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges include not only the courier delivery fee, but also packaging materials and handling costs. As a result, shipping prices may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and handling requirements.

Some postcode areas may incur surcharges determined by courier companies. 

Standard shipping excludes Saturday delivery unless arranged at an additional cost.


LOST PARCELS

Items are deemed lost if they have not been delivered within 14 days of dispatch.

Where a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (including photographic evidence, GPS confirmation, or delivery notes), responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer at the point of delivery.

If an item is reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, a valid UK police crime reference number will be required before any investigation, replacement, or refund can be considered.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unopened and in their original condition, including original labels attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Opened or used items, or items where original labels have been removed, cannot be returned unless confirmed as faulty.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, electronic training collars, muzzles, goggles, and ear protection are non-returnable once opened, used, or inspected, as these items cannot be resold.

Exchanges require placing a new order via the website.
